1. Scope
This policy governs how Dadmadar (the website, user panel, and related applications) collects, uses, retains, and protects user information. Using Dadmadar's services constitutes acceptance of this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Identity and contact information: name, phone number, email, and details required for identity verification and invoicing.
- Uploaded legal documents: contracts, petitions, rulings, correspondence, and other files submitted for case analysis.
- Case information: your description of the dispute, case subject matter, and answers provided during consultation or evaluation.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and usage timing and patterns (security and performance logs).
- Cookies: used to maintain your login session, remember language preference (Persian/English), and improve site performance.
3. Why We Collect This Information
- To deliver Dadmadar's core services: case analysis, report generation, petition drafting, and connecting you with the appropriate attorney.
- To verify identity, manage your account, and issue invoices.
- To maintain platform security, prevent misuse, and investigate unauthorized access.
- To improve service quality, fix issues, and develop new features.
- To meet legal obligations, including record-keeping requirements applicable to legal services.
4. Sharing With Lawyers
Your case content is shared only with the attorney or legal team responsible for that specific case. Dadmadar's partner attorneys are bound by professional confidentiality and bar association rules, and may not use your case information for any other purpose.
5. Limited External AI Processing
Core processing of your case data takes place on Dadmadar's own infrastructure and AI models. Only in limited, technically necessary cases, a portion of the data — after identifying and sensitive details have been removed or minimized (anonymization) — may be sent to external AI services for supplementary processing. Further detail is available in our AI Usage Policy.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with vetted third-party providers for certain supporting functions (such as payment processing, SMS/OTP delivery, or hosting infrastructure). These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their specific function and are contractually bound to confidentiality.
7. Data Location and Security Measures
User data is stored on server infrastructure located in Iran. Protective measures include encryption of sensitive data, role-based access control, secure (hashed) password storage, and continuous security monitoring.
8. Cookies
Dadmadar uses essential cookies (for login and session management) and functional cookies (to analyze and improve site usage). You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling certain essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
9. Retention Periods
Case information and legal documents are retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service and to meet legal and professional obligations (including legal record-keeping requirements). After this period, or upon a valid deletion request, data is deleted or anonymized, unless continued retention is required by law or by an ongoing case.
10. User Rights
Dadmadar users may:
- Request access to the information we hold about them.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of their information (subject to the exceptions in Section 9).
- Request a portable copy of their data, where technically and legally feasible.
11. Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at info@dadmadar.com or use the account settings panel. Requests are reviewed and actioned within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or an active case, in which case we will explain the reason.
12. Children's Privacy
Dadmadar's services are not designed for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that a minor has registered, the account will be disabled and its data deleted.
13. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. The updated version, along with the date of the most recent change, will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
