AI Usage Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026
This document explains exactly what role AI plays at Dadmadar, its limitations, and why a licensed attorney always remains at the center of every decision.
Terms of Service Privacy Policy AI Usage Policy Legal Disclaimer Security Policy Ethics & AI Principles

1. AI Is an Assistant, Not a Replacement for the Lawyer

At Dadmadar, AI serves purely as an analytical assistant to the attorney. It does not replace, and is not designed to replace, a lawyer's knowledge, experience, professional judgment, or legal responsibility. Its purpose is to speed up initial review, document search, and drafting — not to issue a final opinion.

2. The Lawyer Always Bears Final Responsibility

No report, analysis, success-probability assessment, or draft document is delivered to the end user without review and approval by a licensed attorney. Professional and legal responsibility for the final output rests with that handling attorney, in accordance with bar association rules.

3. Technical Architecture, in Brief

Dadmadar uses a combination of AI models hosted on its own infrastructure together with retrieval-augmented techniques that ground answers in authoritative Iranian legal sources. For security reasons and to protect the company's intellectual property, we do not disclose the precise technical architecture, the specific models in use, or how system components are orchestrated. This non-disclosure does not mean a lack of transparency about how AI is used in decision-making — the principles in this document are your reference for that.

4. Limited Use of External AI Services

In limited, purely technical situations where internal processing is insufficient, a portion of the data may be sent to external AI services. Before this happens, identifying and sensitive information is removed or minimized to the extent possible (anonymization) so the case content cannot be directly identified. This process is carried out under the same confidentiality commitments set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitations and Possibility of Error

Like any AI system, the models used at Dadmadar can make mistakes — including misreading a document, citing the wrong statutory provision, or generating content that is not factually accurate (sometimes called a model "hallucination"). For this reason, human review by an attorney before any output reaches the user is mandatory and an inseparable part of Dadmadar's process.

6. Probability Estimates

Any percentages or estimates Dadmadar provides regarding a case's "probability of success" are based on pattern analysis of available data and are statistical and advisory in nature; they are in no way a guarantee or definitive prediction of a court's outcome. The final decision of any reviewing authority depends on numerous judicial, procedural, and human factors outside Dadmadar's control.

7. Continuous Improvement

Dadmadar's models and processes are continuously improved using aggregated and, where possible, anonymized data, to increase the accuracy and quality of the service. This improvement process always operates within the confidentiality commitments set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Information and documents you provide for case analysis must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
  • Treat AI outputs as a preliminary analysis, not final legal advice; important decisions should be confirmed with your handling attorney.
  • If you notice any inconsistency or possible error in the system's output, raise it with your attorney.

9. Policy Updates

This policy is updated periodically as our technology and applicable regulations evolve. The updated version, along with the date of the most recent change, will be published on this page.
